Immigration Case Evaluation Service

1. Purpose of the Service

This website offers a preliminary evaluation of immigration cases in order to determine whether the user may qualify for any immigration benefit or alternative.

This service is for informational and initial-evaluation purposes only.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

By using this service, you acknowledge that:

• NO attorney-client relationship is being created
• No legal representation is being provided at this stage
• No legal services begin unless and until a written agreement is signed with a licensed attorney

3. Payment Terms

The initial consultation has a cost of $150 USD.

If you decide to retain the attorney for legal services, that fee may be credited toward the cost of legal representation or waived in whole or in part, at the attorney’s sole discretion.

Any credit or waiver of the initial consultation fee is not guaranteed and may vary depending on the particular circumstances of each case.

All payments must be made in advance before the corresponding services are provided.

4. Refund Policy

The $150 USD initial consultation fee is non-refundable, as it covers the professional time devoted to the preliminary evaluation of the case, as well as associated administrative costs.

Completion of the initial consultation does not guarantee acceptance of the case, the retention of legal services, or the achievement of any specific result.

If your case is not accepted for legal representation, you will not be charged any additional legal fees.

If your case is accepted for legal representation but you choose not to continue, the initial consultation fee will remain non-refundable.

5. No Guarantee of Results

You understand and agree that:

• This evaluation does NOT guarantee approval of any immigration benefit
• Results depend on government decisions
• Past results do not guarantee future results

6. User Responsibility

You agree that:

• All information provided must be truthful, complete, and accurate
• Providing false information may result in immediate cancellation of the process and no right to a refund

7. Case Selection

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any case at our discretion
• Determine whether a case meets the criteria to continue

8. Third-Party Attorneys

• If your case qualifies, it may be referred to a licensed immigration attorney
• Any legal services will be provided under a separate contract with that attorney

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Submitting information does NOT create attorney-client privilege
• Your information may be shared with affiliated professionals for evaluation

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for immigration decisions, delays, or denials
• You use this service at your own risk

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

• You agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first
• Any dispute must be resolved directly with our team

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
